All orders are shipped in descrete packaging to protect your privacy.

Credit Card Orders-

All credit card orders are processed manually within 1-2 business days from the time the order was placed. 

Check Orders-

Due to the high rate of returns on personal check transactions, all check orders will be filled once the funds have cleared the customers account (usually about 7 days). 

International orders -

International orders are subject to insepction under the Customs laws of each individual country.  In the event an international order is returned to us by a Customs official, we will happily refund the purchase price minus any shipping charges.  In every case, the purchaser is ultimately responsible for any loss incurred as the result of a Customs inspection.  Furthermore, the purchaser is responsible for any duty taxes charged at the time of delivery.

Out of Stock items -

In the event a selected title is out of stock, we will arrange for immediate replacement inventory and have the order processed within 7 to 10 working days.
